Micro SaaS Valuation Calculator

The micro SaaS valuation calculator estimates a price range from monthly revenue, monthly costs and a multiple of annual profit. Change the multiple to match the risk and growth you see.

Your numbers

Revenue, costs and multiple

Estimated price range $20,400 – $40,800 Annual profit $10,200 Seller-reported inputs. Verify before you rely on it.

How the estimate works

Annual profit is (MRR − monthly costs) × 12. The range is that profit times your low and high multiple. The defaults (2× to 4×) are a starting assumption for discussion, not market data: raise the multiple for steady growth, low churn and few owner hours, and lower it for falling revenue, one big customer or a product that needs a lot of work.

Before you rely on any multiple, verify the inputs. Follow the due diligence checklist, or browse profitable micro SaaS for sale to see what sellers are asking.

Frequently asked questions

How is a micro SaaS usually valued?

Most small SaaS sales are priced as a multiple of annual profit (or seller's discretionary earnings). The multiple goes up with growth, low churn, low owner hours and diversified customers, and down with risk.

Why use profit and not revenue?

Two products with the same MRR can have very different costs. Profit is what a buyer actually takes home, so it's the fairer base for a small business.

Is this estimate a valuation?

No. It's a quick range to sanity-check an asking price. The real price depends on proof of revenue, trend, risk and what the buyer and seller agree.
