Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you use sellmicrosaas.com ("Sell Micro SaaS", "we", "us"), whether you browse, list a product for sale or message a seller. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Sell Micro SaaS is run by Alston Antony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: [email protected].

1. What Sell Micro SaaS is, and isn't

Sell Micro SaaS is a listing and introduction platform. Sellers publish listings for software businesses and products. Buyers browse them and contact sellers through the site. That's all we do.

  • We are not a broker, agent, escrow service or marketplace operator in any sale. We are not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller.
  • We never receive, hold or pass on money for a sale. Nobody from Sell Micro SaaS will ever ask you to pay us for a deal you found here.
  • We don't value businesses, negotiate, draft contracts, transfer assets or settle disputes.
  • Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

2. Price

Listing, browsing and messaging are free, and we take 0% commission on any sale. If we add optional paid features later, such as featured placement, they'll be clearly labelled, and we'll update these terms before charging anything.

3. No accounts

The site has no user accounts or passwords. Sellers submit a listing through a form, and buyers send messages through a form on each listing. To change or remove a listing, email us from the address you entered on the listing form. We may ask you to confirm that you control that address before we change anything.

4. Listing a product

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

  • you own the product, or are authorised to sell it, and it's genuinely for sale;
  • everything you enter is true and not misleading, including revenue, MRR, costs, traffic, customers and the reason for selling;
  • your screenshots are of the product being sold and don't contain other people's personal data;
  • the product and its sale don't break any law, and don't infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • you are at least 18 and able to enter into a sale.

Figures in a listing are self-reported by the seller. We don't verify them, audit them or guarantee they're accurate.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reformat and share your listing (text and screenshots) on the site, in search results, in our newsletter and on social media, for as long as the listing is published and for a reasonable time after it's removed or sold.

If you choose not to show your product's name and website publicly, we keep them out of the public listing. Your contact email is never published.

5. Review and removal

Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We may approve, reject or ask you to change a listing, and we may remove or mark a listing as sold at any time, with or without notice. Reasons include, but aren't limited to: inaccurate or unverifiable claims, a report from a buyer, a product that's no longer for sale, suspected fraud or spam, or a breach of these terms. Approval isn't an endorsement of the seller or the product.

Anyone can report a listing with the "Report this listing" link on its page. We review reports by hand and decide what to do at our discretion.

6. Messages between buyers and sellers

When a buyer sends a message through a listing, we forward it by email to the seller's contact address. The email includes the buyer's name, email address, message and budget (if given), and replies go straight to the buyer. After that, buyer and seller talk directly by email, outside the site. We keep a copy of each message as described in our privacy policy.

When you use the contact form, you agree not to:

  • send spam, sales pitches for unrelated services, phishing, malware or anything unlawful;
  • impersonate anyone, or send messages that harass or threaten;
  • try to get around the rate limits or security checks.

Sellers may use a buyer's details only to discuss that buyer's interest in the listing, and must not add them to mailing lists or share them. We limit how many messages can be sent, and we may block messages we think are abusive.

7. Buying: do your own checks

You are responsible for checking any business before you buy it. Ask for a live screen share of the payment dashboard, read-only access to the accounts, bank statements that match the payouts, and proof that the seller owns the code, domain and accounts. Use a written agreement and, for payment, a reputable escrow service. Any deal is between you and the seller alone.

8. Acceptable use of the site

Don't:

  • post false, misleading or fraudulent listings, or list something you can't sell;
  • scrape the site in bulk, or collect sellers' or buyers' details from it;
  • interfere with the site, its security, or other people's use of it;
  • use the site to break any law.

9. Our content

Guides, tools and other content we publish are for general information only. They aren't advice for your situation, and we don't guarantee they're complete or up to date. Some guides may contain affiliate links, which are marked as explained on our affiliate disclosure page. The site's design, text and code belong to us, apart from listings, which belong to their sellers.

10. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, that a listing is accurate or will sell, or that a buyer or seller is who they say they are.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from a deal, or a failed deal, between users, from relying on a listing or on our content, or from the site being unavailable. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

If you list a product or send a message in breach of these terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
