WHAT IT DOES

Import CSV, JSON, XML or Excel (.xlsx), remember supplier mappings and store choices, prepare catalog values, preview existing SKU price/stock differences, then explicitly approve store writes. Turkish, English, Arabic RTL and Simplified Chinese interface. Safeguards include price rules, stock buffers, audit records and local backups. Optional file checks are review-only by default; separately approved price-only automation is limited to 100 products. No automatic stock writes.

TEST EVIDENCE

RC10 clean Windows-package verification passed 21 acceptance checks. Shopify development-store tests covered a draft product, price/stock updates, second-file reuse, explicit approval and invalid-file rejection. BigCommerce was exercised on a real trial store and remains experimental. WooCommerce, PrestaShop and OpenCart were tested on real local HTTPS platform installations; version/product/location restrictions are documented. This is not a claim of compatibility with every store configuration.

STAGE & LIMITS

Early-stage, pre-revenue software asset; no paying customer base or established traffic/revenue is represented. Not a deployed SaaS business or marketplace-approved app. Public product overview and English screenshots are available at the project homepage. It is a marketing page, not a live hosted application; a demonstration can be arranged for interested buyers. Files: up to 5 MB / 10,000 rows; store jobs: up to 1,000 existing SKU products. App/computer must stay on for scheduled checks and updated file copies must be supplied. No remote URL-feed downloader, new store-product creation, currency conversion, order/reservation ledger or stock aggregation. Local restore does not undo store writes. Public server deployment, third-party OAuth onboarding, another physical PC and long-term uptime have not been accepted.

EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER & HANDOVER

Up to 3 hours (180 actual minutes) of first-installation guidance, existing-code/manual explanation and initial setup diagnosis within 14 calendar days, ending at whichever limit comes first. Window begins at the later of closing and complete recorded delivery. Email and mutually arranged remote sessions; actual work is logged. No guaranteed fix, new features or automatic extension. After this period/cap, no continuing contractual support, maintenance or updates are included. Mandatory law remains unaffected.

AI-assisted development is disclosed for buyer review. Only seller-owned rights that can legally be transferred are included; open-source components retain their licenses. Personal accounts, store keys, live databases, private Git history and unrelated projects are excluded. No domain, registered trademark, customers or business contracts are included. The buyer must use its own authorized store accounts. Price, inspection, payment/escrow, identities, applicable law and assignment terms will be finalized in a written signed agreement. Source code is delivered privately under that agreement, not posted publicly.

BRANDING AND SCREENSHOTS
Application emblem is included on sign-in, navigation, overview and favicon. The public overview contains eight actual English UI screenshots using synthetic data in a local demo, not a live customer store. AI-assisted code and AI-generated visual design are disclosed. No trademark registration or exclusive rights to third-party/open-source materials are represented. The Sites account/address is not automatically transferred. Current source archive is RC10 with a branding-only revision; no customer base or revenue is included.

The browser demo is a limited, memory-only implementation of CSV/JSON mapping, price/stock preview, explicit approval and an audit trail, using synthetic data. It does not run the full Python desktop backend or connect to real stores. The video shows the actual isolated desktop evaluation. Neither exposes the seller's source archives or store credentials.
