Proactive Telegram AI assistant with reminders and meal tracking

I built Atlas AI as a proactive personal assistant that people use through Telegram. The aim is to help a user remember what matters and follow through during the day, with saved context, scheduled reminders and follow-ups, meal tracking, and optional Gmail and Google Calendar connections. Users can interact in natural language, including Arabic and English, rather than learning a dashboard full of commands.

Atlas is a live beta product, with a public website at https://atlas-ai-agent.site and a Telegram bot. This is an early-stage software asset sale. There is one historical payment record for 500 Telegram Stars, but no established recurring revenue or proven profitability. MRR is entered as zero because ongoing recurring revenue has not been established; the historical payment is disclosed here. Supplier invoices and total historical operating costs have not been fully reconciled.

The application includes Free, Plus and Pro access. New monthly Plus and Pro purchases are priced at 500 and 1,000 Telegram Stars, respectively. Purchased AI credit pools and usage notices are implemented, alongside existing message limits and shared spending controls. Access is purchased for a term, without automatic renewal or public top-ups. These controls are application safeguards, not evidence of company profit. Existing paid and gifted access commitments need to be reviewed during diligence.

The software uses Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma/Postgres with Supabase, and Vercel hosting, with external AI providers. Development has been AI-assisted. Core flows have automated tests and live Telegram verification, but beta limitations remain and the buyer should expect technical maintenance. Initial distribution has included the website, search and community activity; repeatable paid acquisition has not been established.

The proposed sale covers seller-owned source code, domain, branding, website and bot setup, subject to ownership and platform transfer checks. Personal accounts, API keys and balances, and private customer or inbox datasets are excluded. The buyer supplies their own provider accounts and credentials. A bounded setup handover can be agreed separately. I am a solo founder looking to hand the project to an operator who wants to develop and distribute it. Asking price: $2,500, negotiable.

Improve onboarding and retention around useful proactive follow-ups; develop distribution to people already using Telegram for planning, reminders and nutrition. These are opportunities, not revenue forecasts.
