NuviFlux — Opportunity discovery and AI-assisted validation SaaS

NuviFlux is a live, pre-revenue software product for individuals, independent creators, solo developers and one-person businesses exploring potential business opportunities. It combines opportunity discovery with starting guidance and a structured validation workflow. This is a proposed asset sale, not an established profitable business or a passive-income guarantee.

The product includes desktop and mobile interfaces with a distinctive 3D opportunity-pack discovery experience. Opportunity records connect an opening to external evidence, explain what may have changed, and distinguish observations, interpretation and unknowns. Starting guides help users understand possible entry routes and requirements. A Guided Validation Workspace organizes a journey through five stages with tasks and AI-assisted feedback. A saved collection, Watching and account screens support the wider workflow.

The application also has collection and publication workflows, Google and email-link authentication, usage allowances, Pro access controls and a Waffo subscription integration. The public Pro offer is US$14.99 per month. There are currently no paying customers or customer revenue claimed; implementation of billing is not evidence of successful monetization. A buyer should repeat payment and entitlement tests using its own approved merchant setup.

The proposed sale covers nuviflux.com, seller-owned application and collection code, branding, eligible design assets, eligible editorial content and deployment/handover documentation. The final inventory is subject to ownership and third-party license review. Personal accounts, private keys, API credentials, the seller's payment merchant account and unrestricted access to user personal data are not included. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and terms.

Current seller-reported costs are approximately CNY60 per month for hosting, CNY0.30 per day for AI at current usage, and US$10 per year for the domain. Hosting plus AI is therefore approximately CNY69 per 30-day month, plus the domain. These are not audited figures, and costs can rise with collection frequency, API consumption, traffic and support requirements. No verified traffic growth, recurring revenue or profitability is claimed.

Important disclosures: automated data collection is temporarily paused at the owner's request and is scheduled to resume on 30 October 2026; verify its status during diligence. Source reliability, content quality, API permissions and ongoing maintenance need operator oversight. Mobile loading and animation behavior should be rechecked on target devices. Cross-market work and local worker-rendering experiments are not advertised as completed production capabilities.

The likely buyer is a technical operator, creator or small software team that wants an existing discovery-and-validation product to develop and market. The asking price is US$3,000, negotiable. Operating metrics, the codebase and a final asset inventory can be reviewed during an agreed diligence process. Transfer should use a written asset agreement and a suitable funds-escrow arrangement. Support scope and duration must be agreed before sale.
